I Got Knitting Done!
Woo hoo! I finished the back of a sweater for my niece. It’s from Elsebeth Lavold’s book, The Sentimental Journey Collection. The pattern is called Jasper Child.
I messed up a little on the pattern repeat, though. There should be more cable repetition vertically but I misread the pattern – oops. Oh well, I’m still happy with it.

i am not familiar with the sentimental journey collection. is it worth owning? from your pic i would say oh yeah- i cant wait to see it finished!

Thank you, both. Yes, I would say the Sentimental Journey is worth owning. The nice part about Elsebeth Lavold's website is that you can see all the pictures in her book to help you decide whether or not to buy it.
i could not agree more~ i hate when you buy a pattern book and end up only liking the pattern on the cover!
